Can I contact TIGA before the drawings are complete?
Yes. Tell us about the part, existing equipment or task and the change you want to make. A sketch or photo can help us identify the information needed for a review.
Can I ask about prototypes or small production runs?
Yes. Please provide the quantity, material, required accuracy and target delivery date. We will review the geometry and machining requirements before advising on the next step.
Can I add automation to a machine I already use?
That depends on its make, model, condition, workpiece and available interfaces. We can assess options such as adding handling mechanisms or updating the controls.
What information is useful for a quotation?
For parts and tooling, share the drawing, material, quantity, tolerances and finish. For automation or retrofits, tell us about the machine, workpiece, current process and desired change. We can review open points together.
How is support after delivery arranged?
We agree on the handover documents, operating instructions and maintenance responsibilities for each project. We also review replacement parts and adjustments that operators may need to make.
